How long can I keep my bike ?
You can keep your bike for 2 hours, the day or several days, it’s up to you !
Is the breakage & theft guarantee obligatory ?
No, the breakage & theft guarantee is not obligatory but only very strongly recommended. It allows you to pay for damages in the event of breakage due to an accident (only 10% deductible payable by the customer). It also allows you not to have to pay the value of the bike in the event of the bike being stolen while you are responsible for it.
Do I have to leave a deposit for equipment rental ?
Yes, we will make a deposit with your bank card, this is money which is not debited from your account, but simply blocked for the duration of the rental.
With what payment method can I pay ?
We accept credit card, cash, paper and connect ANCV holiday vouchers and checks.
